Morten Schultz

Morten Schultz is a seasoned professional in the Danish real estate market, currently serving as Partner and CEO at Keystone Investment Management A/S since April 2013, where the focus is on enhancing asset quality for clients. Prior to this, Morten held the position of Partner/Commercial at North Property Asset Management A/S from January 2009 to March 2013, specializing in management-intensive properties. Morten also worked as an independent advisor for a brief period in late 2008 and served as Vice President at CarVal Investors from September 2006 to November 2008, contributing to significant asset management operations. Morten’s early career included a role as Senior Consultant at Sadolin & Albæk from April 2001 to August 2006, a firm known for its expertise in commercial real estate consulting. Morten holds a Master's degree in Economics from Københavns Universitet (University of Copenhagen) and a mathematics student diploma from Solrød Gymnasium.
