John Dahl

John Dahl has extensive experience as a legal professional, having worked in various roles since 2000. John has worked as a Fractional General Counsel Attorney at Keystone Law Firm since 2019, and as an Attorney and Business Advisor at Dahl Legal PLLC since 2015. John also served as the Network General Counsel Attorney at Auxana Inc. from 2019 to 2021. Prior to these roles, they worked as the Chief Administrative Officer & Inside Counsel and Operations and Inside Counsel at Resa Wearables Inc. from 2017 to 2018, and as Director of Retail Operations and Licensing and Project Manager/Business Development Marketing Manager at Local Motors from 2013 to 2017. John has also held various legal intern and consulting roles earlier in their career.

John Dahl earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from W. P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University in 2006. John then pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from Thomas Jefferson School of Law from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they obtained the State Bar certification from Arizona State Bar Association. John furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business from San Diego State University from 2009 to 2011.
