Tom Guida

Tom Guida is a seasoned professional in film and television writing, producing, and business and legal affairs, with over 25 years of experience in content development, production, licensing, and distribution. As a dual-qualified media, entertainment, and rights lawyer in the US and UK, Tom has advised a range of clients, including studios and broadcasters, on various aspects of project development and intellectual property rights. Currently, Tom serves as the Managing Director at Clever Bassoon and as a Partner at Keystone Law, while also holding the position of Producer for the independent feature film PUSH. Tom is a proud alumnus of Boston College Law School, where they obtained a JD degree, and is an active member of London Comedy Writers and a performer at Blanche improv theatre.
