Becky Friesland

Becky Friesland is a seasoned professional in executive search and talent management, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Executive Search at Keystone Partners since December 2022, following the acquisition of CCI Consulting, where Friesland held the position of Director, Executive Search. Previous experience includes roles as Talent Management and Recruiting Operations Partner at HKE Consulting, Managing Director for the Philadelphia Region at Ascendo Resources, and Manager of Recruiting & Operations at Fidato Partners, LLC, where Friesland played a pivotal role in establishing the Philadelphia office. Early career highlights include contributing to the growth of Magellan Search Group and building the Direct-Hire Placement Division at The Judge Group. Becky Friesland holds a BA from Franklin & Marshall College and a Master's degree from Villanova University.
