Jill Thompson

Jill Thompson is currently serving as Vice President at Keystone Partners since August 2023, focusing on professional development, outplacement support, and executive coaching to enhance organizational resilience. Prior to this role, Jill worked at ICC, Innovate Coach Consult as a Customer Success Manager and later as Client Engagement Director until the company's merger with Keystone Partners. Jill also held the position of Senior Transition Coach at OI Partners, Inc. from August 2011 to May 2021 and worked as a Merchandiser at Levi Strauss & Co. from September 2008 to October 2009. Earlier in Jill's career, a role as Division Director for Accountemps at Robert Half International spanned from February 1995 to January 2000. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Miami University.
