John Myers

John is expert in executive and organizational assessment, and is a sought-after consultant, from leadership issues to private equity partners, corporate executives and boards.

John is a past Chairman of the Board of Career Partners International (CPI) LLC, one of the world’s largest talent management companies. Prior to becoming an executive coach, he was a successful executive with Federal Signal Corporation and held positions in general management with P&L accountability, and sales and marketing leadership.

He has coached executives globally from Asia/Pacific, Europe, and Latin America. His approach focuses on tangible business outcomes and his style is best described as pragmatic and rigorous. John provides highly customized services to the individuals being coached, as well as to the specific situation driving the engagement.

John is certified in MBTI and DiSC, and is trained in the “Five Dysfunctions of a Team” by Lencioni.

He holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
