Kathy Bernhard

Kathy Bernhard serves as President of KFB Leadership Solutions since April 2004 and holds positions as an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant at Keystone Partners since August 2024, and as a Senior Consultant with TLD Group since August 2012. Kathy is also an Official Member of Forbes Coaches Council since August 2017. Previously, Kathy worked as an Independent Consultant and Certified Executive Coach at Korn Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting from October 2004 to December 2016, and held leadership roles at Arrow Electronics, CMP Media, and Unisys Corporation. Kathy Bernhard earned a BS in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA in Management from Adelphi University.
