Liana Gordon Kahn

Liana Gordon Kahn is an experienced executive coach and talent management professional with a strong background in leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Director of Executive Coaching & Development at Keystone Partners, Liana previously held the same title at The Ayers Group before its acquisition by Keystone in June 2024. Liana's diverse experience includes roles as Director of Talent Management & Acquisition at VF Corporation, Talent Management Consultant at Right Management, and Learning & Talent Development Associate at McGraw-Hill. Liana holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The George Washington University.
