Rachel has held significant roles including Executive Coach and Leader Development Consultant at Keystone Partners, and previously worked at LeaderEQ and Top10Me, specializing in leadership coaching and personal growth. With a rich background that includes leadership positions at the International Coach Federation and The Marcus Buckingham Company, Rachel has demonstrated a commitment to fostering personal and organizational effectiveness through strength-based coaching. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Counseling for Business, Industry & Government from California State University, Northridge, and is a Professional Certified Coach as recognized by the International Coach Federation.
