Robert Demaree

Robert is passionate about supporting leaders taking the next step towards their career aspirations. He brings over 22 years' executive coaching experience working with a wide variety of corporate clients.

Robert excels at supporting leaders in making a successful career transition, having shifted from higher education administration to manufacturing consulting himself. He customizes his coaching approach to best meet the needs of his clients and supports them with candid feedback on resumes, marketing plans, and communication strategies.

He is highly adept at helping his clients set goals and identify measures of success that help ensure focused actions that get results in the “ups and downs” of the job search. He is also highly skilled at helping clients uncover blind spots that have kept them from a successful job search.

Robert is a certified Master Somatic Coach by Strozzi Institute and has gone through the Immunity to Change Online Training Program by Minds at Work. He holds an MeD in Counseling and Educational Psychology and an MS in Organization Development from Loyola University, as well as a BA in Philosophy from Denison University.
