Tim Baldwin

Tim joined Keystone in 2020, serving in the role of COO for three years, before being promoted to Chief Executive Officer. During his tenure at Keystone, Tim has led Leadership Development, Career Management, Essex Executive Services and Customer Success teams. He also spearheaded Keystone’s technology initiatives, including the development and launch of proprietary Arch Career Gateway. As CEO, Tim leads the firm’s growth strategy with a focus on maintaining Keystone Partners’ industry-leading service delivery.

Tim has 20+ years of experience leading global growth strategy, operational improvement, and change initiatives within education, professional services, and technology-enabled businesses. Prior to joining Keystone Partners, Tim held senior leadership roles at Cengage Learning and itslearning.

Tim resides in the Boston area with his wife Alison and four children. When not attending his children’s sporting events, he recharges by fishing and lobstering at sunrise off the MA coast. A New Englander through and through, Tim is a life-long fan of the Boston professional sports teams and enjoys all New England seasons.
