Walt Morgan

Walt Morgan, PCC, is a seasoned leadership coach and educator with extensive experience in executive and team coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Leadership Coach at Translational Lift Coaching since December 2019, Walt has also been a Professor and Lecturer in Leadership Studies at the University of Colorado Boulder since May 2012, consistently receiving high student satisfaction ratings. Additionally, Walt works with Keystone Partners as a Senior Leadership Coach and instructor for developing executive coaches. Prior experience includes a pivotal role at DaVita Kidney Care, where Walt facilitated numerous leadership programs and coached over 12,000 participants, and a distinguished 23-year career as a Naval Officer and Pilot in the US Navy, culminating in recognition as the National Helicopter Instructor Pilot of the Year. Walt holds a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Mass Media from the University of Colorado Boulder.
