Céline van Oost

Céline van Oost is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Keystone Solutions, a Belgian IT services company specializing in custom software development and IT security, since October 2023. Prior to this, Céline held the position of Senior HR Consultant at BuSI from July 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities included employer branding, HR digital transformation, and talent mobility management. Previous roles also include Resources Manager at Satellit, Senior Sales & Recruitment Consultant at REACH People, and Account Manager at Aubay, along with a substantial tenure as Head of Permanent Recruitment at IDPP. Céline began the career as a Recruitment Consultant at Adecco Personnel. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Political Sciences from Université catholique de Louvain and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences from UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles.
