Brian Kennedy CSP

Brian Kennedy CSP has a diverse work experience in the sales and marketing field, primarily in the lighting industry. Brian started their career at Industrial Drives and Controls in 1992 as a Sales representative. From 2003 to 2009, they worked at Yusen Associates as a Connecticut Territory Manager, focusing on commercial and residential electrical products with an emphasis on energy conservation.

In 2009, Brian joined Nxegen LLC as the Director of Sales and Marketing, where they managed an Inside/Outside Sales team and successfully expanded the company's market share in New England. Brian transitioned to Terralux in 2012 as the Eastern Regional Sales Manager, where they established a path to market for innovative LED solutions and leveraged relationships with distribution channel partners and energy service contractors.

In 2013, Brian became the Director of Sales at Solais Lighting Group, where they continued to drive sales growth. Brian later joined Revolution Lighting Technologies, Inc. in 2015 as the National Sales Director, responsible for overseeing sales operations on a national level.

In 2016, Brian joined Terralux again, this time as a Regional Sales Manager, and played a key role in growing the market share for LED solutions and wireless control systems in the Eastern portion of the US.

Most recently, Brian joined Keystone Technologies in 2017 as the Regional Sales Manager for their Distribution Division. Brian was later promoted to the position of Director of Distributor Sales in September 2021.

Brian Kennedy CSP attended Porter and Chester of Waterbury CT from 1982 to 1983, where they obtained a Certificate in Computer Science and Electronics. Following that, they enrolled at Mattatuck College from 1984 to 1986, where they completed an Associate's degree Program in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians.
