Marcelle Wilson has a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from RMIT University. They have held various managerial positions in the retirement living industry, including as the National Operations Manager for Governance & Compliance at Keyton and Lendlease. Prior to that, they were the Operations Manager at Aveo Group and General Manager of Serviced Apartments at Zig Inge Group Pty Ltd. Their experience spans over three decades in the industry.
