Jonas B.

Jonas B. has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Jonas is currently the Head of Analytics at Keyway since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Capital One, where they held roles in Multifamily Real Estate Strategy and Analytics from April 2020 to October 2021, and in Commercial Real Estate Analytics and Modelling from April 2018 to March 2020.

Before joining Capital One, Jonas was a Consultant/Owner at Barre Spaces from 2017 to 2018 and a Co-Founder at BlockTalk.city from May 2017 to March 2018. Jonas also worked at Bain & Company as a Practice Area Consultant in the Bain Insights Group from 2016 to 2017, as a Consultant from 2014 to 2016, and as a Senior Associate Consultant from 2013 to 2014.

Jonas's early career includes roles as a Real Estate & Business Development Intern at SHoP Architects in 2012, an Architectural Intern at Mass Studies in 2010, and an Architectural Intern at BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group in 2009. Jonas also worked as an Architectural Intern at Wesley Wei Architects from 2007 to 2008.

Prior to their career in the private sector, Jonas served in the Swedish Armed Forces as a Field Information Systems Technician and held the rank of 2nd Lieutenant (non-commissioned) from 2003 to 2004.

Jonas B. has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. Jonas also holds an M.Arch degree in Architecture from Yale University and an MBA degree from the Yale School of Management.
