Shara Birn

Shara Birn has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Shara is currently working as the Chief Business Officer at Keyway since April 2023. Prior to this role, they served as an Advisor at Keyway from June 2021 to April 2023. Before joining Keyway, Shara worked at Cattle Ridge Advisors as a Partner, where they specialized in new market strategy, real estate expansion, consumer experience, and brand development for early stage and high-growth companies. At Modern Age, they held the positions of Senior Advisor - Clinical Care and Operations from March 2022 to December 2022, and Chief Growth Officer from July 2021 to March 2022. Shara also has experience at Cityblock Health as the Head of Brand, Real Estate and Experience from January 2019 to June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Development Officer at Flywheel Sports from July 2016 to April 2018, and as the Vice President, New Markets and Real Estate at One Medical Group from October 2011 to July 2016. Shara also held the position of Director, International Business Development at Equinox from January 2010 to October 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked as the VP of Finance at Summa Propiedades from March 2009 to December 2009, and as the Director, Investment Management at Legacy Partners from June 2007 to June 2009. Shara started their career as an Associate in Acquisitions & Development at Legacy Partners from August 2002 to August 2005.

Shara Birn completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Florida from 1996 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Decision Information Science. Following this, they pursued further education at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they obtained their MBA with a focus on General Management between 2005 and 2007.
