Michael Wang (Jinyou)

Michael (Jinyou) Wang is an experienced Senior Project Engineer at Keywest Projects Ltd. since April 2022, contributing to significant projects including the Town North Gas Plant phases and various modifications for Repsol and Highwood. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Senior Facilities Engineer at Sinopec Canada from November 2014 to April 2020, successfully completing critical facilities and infrastructure projects in the Wapiti Montney Development. Michael also held the position of Manager of Projects at SIPC, overseeing substantial oilfield development projects in the Middle East, and has extensive experience as a Business Development Manager with Gulf Interstate Engineering. Earlier career milestones include roles as a Quality Engineer at VECO Canada Ltd. and various engineering positions at China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation (CPECC), where Michael contributed to significant oil and gas projects across multiple countries. Michael holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in Petroleum Storage and Transportation from China University of Petroleum, graduated in 1986.
