Anja Eichler

Anja Eichler has over 15 years of extensive experience in social media management, project management, and community engagement within the gaming and digital content industries. Currently serving as the Global Social Media Manager and Social Media Strategist & CM Project Manager at Keywords Studios since May 2016, Anja oversees client projects and manages CM leads through various training and mentoring initiatives. Previous roles include leading the Social Network Services Department at Keywords Player Support and serving as a Family Harmony Engineer during the COVID-19 pandemic while managing family responsibilities. Anja's background also includes significant positions at Alchemic Dream and Owlient (Groupe Ubisoft), where project management, community management, and customer support were key responsibilities. Anja holds a Master of Arts in Print- and Media Technology and has studied at prestigious institutions such as Technische Universität Chemnitz and Tampere University of Technology.
