Elena Cesana

Elena Cesana is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Regional Human Resources Director for Europe at Keywords Studios since September 2015, Elena has held various roles including Regional HR Manager for both Europe and Asia, focusing on the delivery of human resources strategies and supporting organizational change initiatives. Previous experience includes HR Manager at Binari Sonori, Cofounder of Stickstyle.it, and Human Resources Manager at Phoenix Contact S.p.A., where responsibilities encompassed recruiting, training, and policy implementation. Elena also has a solid foundation in HR services from earlier roles at IDC Italy and VNU Business Publications Italy. Elena holds a degree in Economics from Università Bocconi and has pursued ongoing language studies.
