Lloyd Bathan

Lloyd Bathan has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Lloyd is currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition - Player Engagement at Keywords Studios, where they oversee the strategic planning and implementation of talent acquisition processes across different countries. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Reed Elsevier Philippines, where they were responsible for managing the talent acquisition team and implementing effective recruitment processes. Lloyd has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Director at Sutherland, Head of Talent Acquisition at Home Credit Philippines, and Senior Manager, HR Talent Acquisition at Sitel. Earlier in their career, Lloyd held roles such as Country Recruitment Manager at arvato UK and Talent Acquisition Manager at TELUS International Philippines Inc. Lloyd started their career as a Team Lead at ICT Group. Throughout their work experience, Lloyd has demonstrated a strong focus on developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, managing stakeholder expectations, and enhancing recruitment processes.

Lloyd Bathan attended Colegio San Agustin - Makati from 1992 to 2004, but no degree or field of study was specified. Lloyd later enrolled in Centro Escolar University - Manila in 2008 to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing Education. Currently, they are studying towards a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Operations Management and Supervision at Lyceum of the Philippines University, starting in 2022.
