Marek Niszkiewicz

Marek Niszkiewicz is an experienced professional in the field of player engagement and support, currently serving as Customer Support Director at Keywords Studios since June 2017. Marek has a strong background in managing player support operations across Europe and Asia, notably contributing to the $75 million acquisition of Helpshift. With prior roles including Player Support Manager and Sr. Project Manager, Marek successfully executed the launch and rapid expansion of Keywords Studios Katowice, growing a team from zero to over 200 agents in three months. Prior to Keywords Studios, Marek held leadership positions at Alchemic Dream, where foundational operations for the Manila studio were established. Educational credentials include dual Executive MBA degrees from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and UQAM, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Film and Television Production Management from the University of Silesia in Katowice.
