Rehana Patel, CSM®, currently serves as the Global Information Security Coordinator at Keywords Studios since December 2020, previously holding the position of Information Security Business Analyst at SITA from 2016 to July 2020. At SITA, key contributions included guiding process owners in ISO27001 compliance and deploying over 100 Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) servers. Rehana's extensive experience spans several roles in technology and business analysis across multiple companies, including IndustryBuilt Software and Epicor Software, where responsibilities involved gathering requirements, improving processes, and client training. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Management Information Systems from Concordia University and a Diploma of Collegial Studies from Dawson College.
