Khurram Jafri

Khurram Jafri has a range of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Khurram started their career in 2021 as a Human Resources Trainee at Scriptivity Business Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., where they assisted with administrative tasks, participated in hiring activities, and supported employee relations. In 2021, they also worked as an Alliance and Partnership role at Safalta.com (Safalta Education Pvt. Ltd.). In 2022, Khurram joined Karyarth as a Talent Acquisition Executive and handled recruitment responsibilities. Khurram then moved on to 99Yellow in 2023 to work as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. Currently, Khurram is employed at Kezan Consulting- A Unit of Kezan India Private Limited as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Khurram Jafri completed their Bachelor's degree in journalism and mass communication from Amity University Lucknow Campus in the years 2017 to 2020. Khurram then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Integral University in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in "Human Resources: Understanding HR Systems Features and Benefits" from LinkedIn in May 2022 and "IAB Digital Marketing and Media Foundations Certification" from Google Digital Garage in June 2020.
