Jesse Bernhardt

Jesse Bernhardt serves as the General Counsel at KF Aerospace, where responsibilities include leading legal initiatives, offering strategic advice to executive management, directing complex business transactions, and overseeing external legal counsel. Additionally, Jesse has held roles such as Director of Aircraft Leasing Programs, where oversight of global commercial leasing activities and aircraft configurations was paramount. As a Board Member for SkyAlyne, Jesse managed the strategic response that led to the selection of the company as the preferred bidder for Canada's Future Aircrew Training program. Prior roles include Board Memberships at the Interior Health Research Ethics Board and the Community Futures Development Corporation of Central Okanagan, along with experience as an Associate Lawyer at Pushor Mitchell LLP. Jesse holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Alberta and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biochemistry from the University of British Columbia.
