Heather Haynes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development and community engagement. Currently serving as a Board Member at KFAI 90.3 FM HD - Fresh Air Community Radio and as the Director of Development at YouthLink MN, Haynes focuses on empowering youth facing housing challenges. Previous roles include Development Director at Seed Savers Exchange, Chair of the Board at Mississippi Market Natural Foods Co-op, Senior Development Director at Planned Parenthood Minnesota, and Development Director at Friends of the Mississippi River, where significant budget growth was achieved under Haynes' leadership. Haynes also contributed to arts funding as a panelist for the Minnesota State Arts Board and the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council.
