Nuwan Dissanyaka

Nuwan Dissanyaka currently serves as a Food Service Supervisor at KFC Canada since December 2022, following a diverse career in hospitality and education. Prior roles include Lecturer at the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management from 2018 to December 2022, Restaurant Manager at The Blue Wave Hotel from June 2015 to May 2018, and Food and Beverage Executive at Sri Lanka Tourism from July 2014 to June 2015. Nuwan began the career as a Management Trainee at Hilton Colombo in 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Tourism Economics and Hospitality Management from the University of Colombo (2016-2021), a Higher National Diploma in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management (2011-2013), and various certifications in Hospitality Finance Management Accounting and Human Resources Management.
