Mark Baxter

Mark Baxter has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as the Senior Operations Innovation Manager at KFC UK & Ireland since January 2011. In this role, Mark leads a multi-functional team managing a significant capital and R&M budget, focusing on maintaining food quality and safety while aligning with business strategies. Mark has successfully developed the kitchen of the future concept now being implemented globally. Previously, Mark was the Head of R&D QA at KFC, responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality and safe food from suppliers to customers. Prior to KFC, Mark worked at Sainsbury's as a Category Technical Manager for Fruit from April 2000 to June 2009.
