Al Gnadt

Al Gnadt is an experienced Talent Manager at Kforce Inc since January 2022, specializing in full-lifecycle recruiting for both cleared and non-cleared candidates in the DC/MD and VA regions. With a focus on building meaningful relationships during the recruitment process, Al is adept at assessing technical skills and evaluating candidates for appropriate placements. Prior to this role, Al was the Owner of Strategic Hiring Solutions, LLC from June 2014 to January 2022, and held various positions at Kforce Federal Staffing, including Sr Account Executive and Market Manager from 1998 to August 2014. Al's career began in the United States Marine Corps, serving as a US Marine from 1991 to 1997. Al is an alumnus of George Mason University.
