Currently serving as a Technical Product Manager at Nike, Heather has demonstrated a commitment to innovative problem-solving and teamwork throughout a diverse career. Previously, Heather held roles such as International Customer Care Lead at Whirlpool Corporation and Assistant Director at Bryan College Academic Support Center, where they successfully managed operations and improved procedures. Additionally, Heather volunteers as a Tax Preparer with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, providing invaluable assistance to the community.
