Ray Collins

Ray Collins is a seasoned data and AI professional currently serving as the Data and AI Practice Leader at Kforce Inc since January 2024. Prior experience includes holding the position of Principal Data Strategy Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where Ray created data strategies, designed platforms, and established governance programs for various clients, including contributions to the development of GenAI/data products. As a Data Strategy Consultant at Envision Healthcare, Ray focused on data engineering and governance. At ResMed, Ray was the Global Leader of Data Management and Data Governance, successfully building a team to enhance data accessibility and compliance. Additionally, as a Data Analytics Mentor at Thinkful, Ray dedicated time to mentoring students in data analytics and data science. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara and has supplementary educational experience at the University of Sussex.
