Dr Axel Breitbach

Dr Axel Breitbach has over 25 years of work experience, starting as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz from November 1995 to September 2000. Dr Axel then joined KfW, where they held various positions including Kapitalmarktanalyst from October 2000 to May 2002, Referent Investor Relations from June 2002 to June 2004, and Head of Investor Relations from July 2004 to October 2008. Dr Axel then transitioned to KfW IPEX-Bank as Director Communication in November 2008, where they are currently employed.

Dr. Axel Breitbach completed their education with a Diplom-Volkswirt degree in Volkswirtschaftslehre from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz in the years 1989 to 1995. Dr Axel further pursued their studies at the same university, obtaining a Dr. rer. pol. degree in an unspecified field of study in the year 2000.
