Kim Lea Bersch

Kim Lea Bersch has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Kim Lea currently works as a Credit Risk Analyst at KfW IPEX-Bank since May 2021. Before that, they were a Trainee at the same company from April 2020 to April 2021. Additionally, they have experience as a Tutorin and Lehrstuhl Risikomanagement at Hochschule RheinMain from April 2016 to March 2020.

Kim Lea also worked as a Werkstudentin at Aareal Bank AG from April 2019 to January 2020, and as a Stipendiatin at Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes from April 2016 to January 2020. Kim Lea gained further experience as a Praktikantin at PwC Deutschland in January 2019 for three months.

Earlier in their career, they worked at R+V Versicherung as an Angestellte from August 2017 to December 2018, and as a duale Studentin from September 2014 to July 2017.

Kim Lea Bersch attended RheinMain University of Applied Sciences and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Insurance and Finance from 2014 to 2017. In 2018, they participated in an exchange program at Acadia University, where they focused on Business and also took an elective in Politics. From 2017 to 2020, Kim Lea pursued their Master of Science degree in Versicherungs- und Finanzwirtschaft at RheinMain University of Applied Sciences. In addition to these educational experiences, they obtained a certification as an Excel Expert from Microsoft in December 2016.
