Boyan Popkochev

Boyan Popkochev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and consulting. Currently serving as a senior risk controller at KfW since November 2011, Boyan also holds the position of IT consultant in risk management. Prior roles include consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners from 2010 to 2011 and consultant at Dextro Group Germany GmbH from 2006 to 2009. Boyan began the academic journey as a student assistant at TU Darmstadt from 2002 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master in European Business from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with Computer Science from Technische Universität Darmstadt, complemented by certification as a Financial Risk Manager from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
