Dirk Kamm

Dirk Kamm serves as a Senior Advisor for Corporate Security at KfW Banking Group, focusing on South Asia, Southeast Asia, East Asia, and the Pacific since July 2020. Prior to this role, Dirk Kamm was an Election Observer for the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights from September 2002 to June 2020, monitoring elections in multiple countries including Belarus and Ukraine. With extensive experience as a consultant and expert for various international organizations, including the Asian Development Bank, UNICEF, and the EU, Dirk Kamm has held significant positions such as Head of Disaster Management at the German Red Cross and Acting Head of International Affairs at the Federal Office of Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance. Dirk Kamm's educational background includes a Master's degree in Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin and a recent certification as a VUCA Facilitator.
