Dr. Rupert Rebentisch

Dr. Rupert Rebentisch currently serves as the Director and Head of Digitalization and IT-Innovation at KfW since August 2018. Prior to this role, significant experience was gained at DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale, where various leadership positions were held from January 2001 to July 2018, including Head of IT-Development Sales & Custody, Head of IT-Development Investment Management, and Head of Funds- and Custody Systems, leading multiple IT-development teams and managing extensive IT projects. Earlier experience includes a role as Systems Analyst at PTA GmbH from June 1998 to December 2000. Dr. Rebentisch earned a Dr. rer. nat. in postgraduate studies and a Diplom in chemistry and computer science from the University of Cologne.
