Johannes Bender

Johannes Bender is an expert in requirements and functional design, currently serving at KfW since January 2020, where responsibilities include the digitalization of enterprise processes and management of a digitization platform for business process automation. Previously, from July 2015 to November 2019, Johannes worked as an Integrated Advisor for Geoinformation Systems with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit, focusing on data exchange systems and capacity development at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in Vietnam. Johannes's experience also includes positions as a Project Manager at Oekorecherche GmbH and Technical Advisor with natureOffice GmbH, contributing to policy advice and carbon certification projects. Additional roles at the Leibniz Institute for Zoo and Wildlife Research and WWF Germany involved scientific research in biodiversity and species conservation efforts. Johannes holds a Diplom (Master) in Geography from J.W. Goethe-University, Frankfurt.
