Zara Chatinyan currently serves as the Local Representative in Armenia for KfW since October 2010, bringing over two decades of experience in governance and development assistance. Previously, Zara held various roles at USAID, including Team Leader - Local Government Specialist and Resident Advisor, contributing to local government initiatives from December 2005 to October 2010 and March 2001 to July 2005, respectively. Zara also provided consultancy services at PADCO and The World Bank in 2000 and was an Instructor/Language Facilitator with Peace Corps from January 1994 to January 1998. Zara holds a Master of Public Administration specializing in Fiscal and Resource Management from the University of Delaware and has continued professional development through the Donald Rumsfeld Fellowship Program and a Certificate in Executive Management and Leadership from the University of Cambridge.
