Gonzalo Correa

Gonzalo Correa is an accomplished finance and strategy professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager and Head of Strategy and Finance at KGHM Chile since October 2021, Gonzalo has previously held key positions at FLSmidth as Regional Director of Corporate Finance for South America, and as Regional Performance and Capital Manager at Kinross Gold Corporation, overseeing significant CAPEX projects. Additional experience includes managerial roles at Empresas Andrómaco, LAN Airlines, and CSAV, where Gonzalo led multiple teams focused on business performance and financial control. Gonzalo holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford and has completed an Executive Education Leadership Programme at Henley Business School. An Industrial Civil Engineer from Universidad de los Andes, Gonzalo combines technical expertise with strategic vision to drive financial success and operational efficiency.
