Justyna Zdonek

Justyna Zdonek is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Deputy Finance Director for KGHM International since September 2020, leading the financial reporting process for over 25 subsidiaries and managing multiple regulatory and financial projects. Prior to this, Justyna held various managerial roles in financial reporting and analysis at Manulife, where notable achievements included delivering high-quality reports for executive teams and mentoring junior staff. Justyna's career also includes significant experience at RBC in financial and external reporting, and prior to that, as an Audit Senior at Deloitte, managing audits for high-profile clients and building strong client relationships. Justyna holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Econometrics from the University of Lodz.
