Bill Johnson

Bill Johnson has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Bill currently holds the positions of VP Wireless Services and VP Construction at KGI Wireless since June 2021 and November 2020, respectively. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Construction at KGI Wireless from March 2019 to November 2020.

From 2001 to 2018, Bill worked at Verizon, where they held various roles of increasing responsibility. Bill'sroles included Sr. Manager System Performance - Voice and Data Services, Sr. Manager Implementation - Small Cell/In-Bldg/Venue/ODAS, Sr. Manager - Data System Performance, Sr. Engineer - Data Performance, and Sr. Switch Technician.

Before joining Verizon, Bill worked at Allied Riser Communications as an Implementation Project Manager from April 2000 to August 2001. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Cell Technician at PrimeCo Personal Communications from July 1997 to April 2000.

Bill Johnson has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Wayland Baptist University.
