Josh Shearer has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Josh began their career as an Associate Broker at Kiemle & Hagood Company in 1997 and then moved on to work as a Project Manager at Spieker Properties/Equity Office Properties in 2000. In 2001, they joined KG Investment Properties as a Vice President, and later became a Senior Vice President in 2008. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President and Regional Director, responsible for overseeing and managing a 6.7 million square feet industrial portfolio in the Puget Sound area. Josh is also the primary point of contact for new business opportunities at KG Investment Properties.
