Josh Shearer

Josh Shearer has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Josh began their career as an Associate Broker at Kiemle & Hagood Company in 1997 and then moved on to work as a Project Manager at Spieker Properties/Equity Office Properties in 2000. In 2001, they joined KG Investment Properties as a Vice President, and later became a Senior Vice President in 2008. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President and Regional Director, responsible for overseeing and managing a 6.7 million square feet industrial portfolio in the Puget Sound area. Josh is also the primary point of contact for new business opportunities at KG Investment Properties.

Josh Shearer attended Washington State University - College of Business and Economics from 1995-1997, where they studied Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate. Prior to that, they attended Western Washington University from 1993-1995, although it is unclear what degree or field of study they pursued there.
