K G Ashok Rao is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of extensive global manufacturing experience. Currently serving as the Managing Director of K G K Engineering since January 2014, K G Ashok Rao focuses on enabling both large and small companies to achieve sustainable growth through leadership mentoring, business development, and manufacturing solutions. Prior to this, K G Ashok Rao held the position of President & Whole-time Director at Automotive Axles from June 1999 to September 2013, overseeing all aspects of operations and expanding manufacturing strategies across India. Additional experience includes roles at Bosch as a Manager specializing in component manufacturing and project management, and earlier as a Manufacturing Engineer at Rockwell International. K G Ashok Rao holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
