Lee Peters

Associate Principal & Director at KGS Group

Lee Peters has a strong background in the field of geo-environmental services. They began their career in 2002 as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Manitoba. In 2004, they worked as an Environmental Engineer for UMA (now AECOM). Since 2005, Lee has been with KGS Group, where they have held various roles, including Assistant Department Head & Senior Environmental Engineer, Department Head - GeoEnvironmental Systems, and currently, as Associate Principal & Department Head - GeoEnvironmental Services. Their extensive experience and expertise make them a valuable asset in their field.

Lee Peters received a Masters of Engineering in Hydrogeology from the University of Manitoba in 2002-2004. They also obtained a Bachelors of Applied Science in Environmental Systems Engineering from the University of Regina in 1993-1998. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2014, and Professional Engineer certifications from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan in 2008 and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Manitoba in 2006.
