Tom holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, where Tom also completed their Bachelor's degree in the same field. Throughout their career, Tom has worked on a variety of projects in the hydropower and hydroelectric sectors, showcasing their expertise and dedication to the field.
