Karl Hagendorff has had a diverse work experience in sales and account management. Karl is currently serving as the Team Lead Strategic Sales at KGS Software GmbH since May 2023. Previously, they worked as an Enterprise Account Executive at Hyland from July 2021 to May 2023, where they successfully generated and closed SaaS opportunities and managed the sales cycle. Before that, they held multiple roles at KGS Software GmbH, including Key Account Manager from March 2019 to July 2021, where they achieved record-breaking software sales and consistently exceeded targets, and Channel Account Manager from December 2018 to March 2019. Karl started their career at BENTELER Group in 2014, where they worked as a Technical Sales Representative from January 2017 to December 2018 and played a crucial role in helping DAX-listed companies adopt cutting-edge technologies. Prior to that, they worked as an Apprentice in Wholesale and Foreign Trade from August 2014 to January 2017 and received recognition for outstanding sales achievements.
Karl Hagendorff completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Sales Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. Karl pursued this degree from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, in 2017, they obtained a certification as "Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandel" from the Industrie- und Handelskammer (Chambers of Commerce & Industry). Currently, Karl is pursuing their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management, Information Technology from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
