Arpit Nayak

Arpit Nayak has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Arpit started their career as a Senior Executive Human Resources at STANCE SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED in 2006, where they sourced and managed clients, conducted end-to-end recruitment processes, and scheduled interviews. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Prakash Steelage Ltd., where they were responsible for managing HR functions in a leading stainless steel manufacturer. Arpit then joined Baanyan Software Services, Inc. as an HR Manager from 2011 to 2015, handling end-to-end recruitment activities, enhancing process flows, and managing induction, retention, and exit formalities. Arpit Nayak's next role was at KGS Technology Group, Inc., where they first served as an Operation Manager from 2015 to 2016, leading a large team and setting up the US staffing and IT recruitment office. Arpit then progressed to Vice President from 2016 to 2018, and later as a Senior Vice President Information Technology from 2018 to 2020, managing project teams, budgets, and implementing change management processes. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director at KGS Technology Group, Inc.

Arpit Nayak completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2006 to 2008.
