Madiha Osama Sarwar has a diverse range of experience in the field of design and illustration. Madiha started their career at Artboard as a Game Art Intern, where they designed characters, textures, and objects for various games. Madiha then worked at The Nest I/O as an Illustrator/Graphic Designer, where they collaborated with the social media content team to devise creative strategies and design graphics for digital and print platforms.

Madiha then joined Gulabo by Maheen Khan as a Print Designer/Illustrator, conducting market research and creating concepts and mood boards for textile prints. Madiha also worked on Adobe Illustrator to illustrate textile prints.

Their next role was as a Creative Marketing Specialist at Khaadi SMC Pvt. Ltd., where they conceptualized and created mood boards for seasonal campaigns of Khaadi Unstitched. Madiha also conducted market research and collaborated with photographers, videographers, and models to execute the campaigns successfully.

In their subsequent role as a Senior Designer & Illustrator at Khaadi SMC Pvt. Ltd., Madiha conducted market research on fashion trends and competitors' activities. Currently, Madiha is working as a Creative Lead at Khaadi SMC Pvt. Ltd., where they are responsible for conceptualizing ideas, creating mood boards, and developing two-dimensional textile prints and illustrations for Khaadi West collection. Madiha also coordinates with internal supply chain departments and vendors for product development and timely delivery.

Prior to their professional roles, Madiha worked as a Freelance Designer and completed various design projects.

Madiha Osama Sarwar completed their education in a chronological manner. Madiha first attended P.E.C.H.S Girls' School from 1999 to 2009, where they obtained their Matriculation degree in Computer Science. Madiha then enrolled in Aga Khan Higher Secondary School for the period of 2009 to 2011, earning their Intermediate degree in Commerce. Afterwards, they attended Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture from 2012 to 2015, where they completed their Bachelor of Design degree with a focus on Communication Design. Lastly, in 2014, they briefly attended Southern Polytechnic State University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in New Media Arts.
