Amit H Wadhwani

Amit Wadhwani is a Counsel in the Real Estate practice group in the Mumbai office.

Prior to joining the Firm, Amit was a Director at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in its Mumbai office. Amit specializes in real estate matters and routinely advices clients on title investigation in respect of various types of lands and premises, drafting and negotiating documents in relation to acquisition, leasing and sale of land and commercial or residential premises, and as part of such transactions, advising on matters relating to RERA, rules, regulations and guidelines prescribed by various Government bodies such as MIDC, GIDC, MCGM, SRA and MMRDA, Maharashtra IT/ITES and Integrated Industrial Area policies, guidelines relating to establishment of logistic parks and data centre in Maharashtra, and also on environmental laws relating to real estate construction.
