Shruti Dvivedi Sodhi

Shruti Dvivedi Sodhi is a highly accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Partner at Khaitan Legal Associates since May 2019, Shruti has been instrumental in establishing KLA’s presence in North India following the merger with Word & Law, which Shruti founded in February 2016. Previous roles include Chief Compliance Officer at Aircel, Director - Legal at Colt Technology India, and Vice President & Senior Counsel at American Express, among others. Shruti's expertise encompasses legal strategy, compliance, and transactional law, with a proven track record of managing complex legal frameworks and facilitating significant business ventures. An alumnus of Delhi University, Shruti holds a B.A. (Hons) and LLB in History and Law.
