Previous roles include Chief Compliance Officer at Aircel, Director - Legal at Colt Technology India, and Vice President & Senior Counsel at American Express, among others. Shruti's expertise encompasses legal strategy, compliance, and transactional law, with a proven track record of managing complex legal frameworks and facilitating significant business ventures. An alumnus of Delhi University, Shruti holds a B.A. (Hons) and LLB in History and Law.
